Design/Build Goals:

• Bring a c.1900 Bangor Box back to life

• Produce a more open first floor feel

• Add utility to the closed off attic and improve connection to the rest of the home

• Design and build custom installs that produce character for the home and beneficial storage solutions

• Utilize stain-grade quarter-sawn oak throughout the home for all trim and custom installs

• Refinish and salvage the 100+ year old hardwood flooring

• Improve energy efficiency

• Add living space with a 26’x17’ addition: first floor bath and laundry, master bedroom suite
